The approach is organic with specialists within all disciplines, with focus on product and process. Steering parameters are product specification, product cost and time to market multiplied with the 4 main bullets of Quality, Timeliness, Performance and Cost.
Concept is based on experience from several product fields, simulated by computers and man made working models. 3D files are used for mold production, test fixtures, documentation and rapid prototypes. Prototypes are used for production line setup, product reliability and approval testing and market introduction. Product graphics, user guides, packaging design, brochures and web design is created based on the product knowledge built up during the development process. The company has in house capabilities for thermal engineering, simulation and testing, rapid prototyping machines, 5-axis CNC machining centre, rapid prototype molding and pre-production. The graphic studio develops complete end-user product documentation such as user guides and service manuals in multiple languages, brochures, exhibitions and complete web sites. Products that has been developed includes digital projectors, lawn movers, motorcycles, speedboats, transportation products and equipment, ergonomic products, seats, children stroller, cellular phones, scanning devices, etc.
